1) What information does BTTS collect and how is the information used?
What information we collect.  We collect personal information such as your contact information (name, e-mail address), and physical street address.  When submitting personal information on an online form, we will identify which fields are required in order to fulfill your request.  Additionally, our web server automatically collects click-stream information such as the address (or “URL”) of the Web site that you came from before visiting our site, which pages you visit on our site, which browser you used to view our site and any search terms you have entered on our site.

When we collect information.  While visiting our web site (btts.com), we may ask that you provide certain information about yourself.  For example, we request personal information when you inquire for more information about our products and services.  In addition, when using our web site, our servers may collect click-stream information as described above.

How the information is used.  We use the information you provide to  1) fulfill requests for products, services or information, 2) measure and improve the effectiveness of our web site.

BTTS does not share your personal information with third parties, other than to perform services on our behalf such as fulfilling our customer’s orders, delivering packages, scheduling and performing installation and servicing products.  BTTS does not sell or rent customer information to third parties.
