Quick Eagle’s intelligent WAN access solutions are: 4200 Access Platforms 4300 Router Series 5800 Access Platforms 4200 Access Platforms Quick Eagle’s 4200 Access Platforms enable you to meet your demands and be able to deliver new network services and speeds on demand. Through the implementation of software modules, the base model of the 4200 WAN Access Platforms can turn into multifunctional devices and can be deployed in many different configurations. To make your choice easier, Quick Eagle provides seven pre-configured models with the most common configurations: CSU/DSU, Multiplexer, WAN Routers, Dual Link Router, Multilink Frame Relay device, Serial WAN Probe, and Network WAN Probe. The following pre-configured packages are available: 4210 CSU/DSU The 4210 CSU/DSU is an access device with a single DTE (available for T1/E1) that supports Transparent protocol, PPP, Frame Relay, and Cisco HDLC. 4220 Access Multiplexer Allows you to integrate data from two routers and voice from PBX onto a single T1/E1 network. 4230 Access Router Scalable branch-office router that is both a CSU/DSU and a router in one box (available for T1 and E1). 4240 Dual Link Router Provides load balancing and MLPPP for high speed access to IP networks (available for T1 and E1). 4250 Multilink FR Provides high speed standard based Multilink Frame Relay (FRF.16) over 2xT1/E1. 4260 Serial WAN Probe Enhances networks already equipped with NTUs with network performance monitoring capabilities (currently only available for E1). 4262 Network WAN Probe (T1 to T1 or E1 to E1) The newest addition to Quick Eagle's family of intelligent WAN access platforms and IP probes. An integrated CSU/DSU, WAN Probe, and an optional bandwidth shaper turn this router into a multifunctional device. 4335 Access Router Scalable branch-office router that comes with two Ethernet ports (10/100 and 10 BaseT). The second Ethernet port might be used for redundant fail-over to a backup VPN link by connecting to a DSL, cable, or last-mile wireless modem (likely with a VPN appliance between router and modem). The second port could also be used to load-balance LAN traffic.
